Walking Eye is a minor NPC that can be seen walking in one of the hallways of the FC House.
Overview[]
It is a small, black, bipedal creature with a single prominent eye. Its body shape is similar to that of Madotsuki and other human or humanoid characters. It ignores the player except for showing the standard reactions to the Cat, Stoplight, and Knife effects.
It can be found by going down the first set of stairs after entering the FC House and taking the door to the right. The Walking Eye will be wandering around on the ground floor.
