The Neon Parrot is an effect NPC from whom the Neon effect can be obtained. They can be easily located by going one room west and two rooms north from the Nexus door.
Appearance[]
The Neon Parrot is an anthropomorphic, multi-colored parrot. They hunch forward slightly, and their colors change as they move. Rather than wings, they appear to have short arms.
Interaction[]
The Neon Parrot can be found in Neon World, and gives Madotsuki the Neon effect when interacted with. They display the standard reactions to the Cat, Knife, and Stoplight effects, but move at twice their normal speed when the Knife is equipped.
Trivia[]
- The Neon Parrot bears a slight resemblance to the player character in NASU.
