Kisu-Tenmetsu is an odd flashing creature that can be found in the water of the bridge to the Witch's Island, same as Dekishi-san. It is one of the water creatures in the game. It has a weird flashing red texture face and popping frequently.

It can only react with Cat and Stoplight effects. Like other water creatures, it cannot be reached.

- Its name may come from the Kisai Tenmetsu, a type of watch that uses a unique sort of LED display.
